The Right Move Story

Our purpose is simple…..to serve.  Growing up my father took us to serve food and clothing to homeless people at a local Baptist Mission each and every week.  As a high school student, I didn’t always want to go; there were many things I would rather be doing.  Looking back, those weekly “volunteer” hours along with many other similar opportunities, helped ingrain a desire to serve others as a central focus of my life.  I spent five years working in hospice serving those that were dealing with serious illness and nearing the end of their life's journey. In those five years I developed a passion for the aging population we served.  It was then that I discovered the purpose of The Right Move Senior Resource: to serve the local aging community and provide a resource to help families navigate the difficult times that may come in the latter stages of our lives.
